Ever wonder what its like to be totally up to your elbows in apples? Well, I don't have to wonder anymore. I have been picking and canning apples andpickles for the last two weeks.I have made whole dill pickles, pickle slices, apple sauce, apple butter and the last two days apple pie filling. Lots of work but since we have them, we figured why not. I'm hope anyway. I'm even going to make 4 oz. jars of apple sauce for coming newphew and for a few others.If you are interested in helping at all, in anyway, let me know.
